Fiji diver Maori Pomeroy Farrell has claimed a bronze medal at the Junior Championships in Rijeka, Croatia, continuing his impressive rise on the international stage.
Competing in the Boys’ 3-metre springboard event, Pomeroy Farrell finished third with a total score of 490.50 points, securing Fiji a place on the podium against a strong international field.
Germany’s Finn Awe won gold with 560.60 points, while Matvei Pomoshnikov of Russia took silver with 542.00 points.
Pomeroy Farrell held off challengers from Mexico, Lithuania, Germany and the United States to clinch the bronze medal and deliver another significant achievement for Fiji in the sport.
