Fire forces patients out of Labasa Hospital

An early morning blaze at the Labasa Hospital saw patients evacuated from the facility.

Reliable sources have told FBC News that the incident took place around 5am.

It’s believed the fire only affected part of the hospital’s labour ward.

Firefighters and police are at the scene, and patients are slowly being returned to the facility.
