The Ministry of Immigration will open a new office in Nakasi to better serve residents of Tailevu and the Suva-Nausori corridor.

He adds that the move will not happen this year but in the coming years.
Naupoto also confirmed there is no passport shortage, noting that about 35,000 passports are expected to arrive next Monday, another 35,000 next month and 100,000 more have already been ordered for next year.
