Akon concert confirmed for PNG Independence celebrations

After months of speculation that Akon could take the stage at Papua New Guinea’s 50th independence celebrations, it’s now confirmed.

An itinerary of the week’s celebrations has the singer, famous for hits like ‘Lonely’ and ‘Smack that’, putting on a concert on Wednesday.
