Ratu Peceli remanded over doctor’s alleged murder

The man charged with the alleged murder of Dr Isireli Biumaitiototya has been remanded in custody.

His case is set to be heard at the High Court in Lautoka

Ratu Peceli Rokoravolo appeared before Magistrate Semi Babitu this morning.

The State opposed bail, citing the gravity of the offence.

This case will be heard again on September 24.
