Two hospitalized following accident

Two individuals have been admitted to Nadi Hospital after the vehicle they were traveling in veered off the road and hit an electric post.

Police say the incident occurred at around 8:30 this morning along Queens Road at Nalovo, Nadi.

It is alleged that the driver fell asleep while driving.

Police investigations are ongoing.
