Nakasi, ACS crowned Triple N Zone champions

Nakasi High School and Adi Cakobau School have been crowned champions of the Triple N Zone athletics competition, finishing on top of the boys’ and girls’ divisions, respectively.

Nakasi dominated the boys’ division, securing the title with an outstanding tally of 20 gold, 13 silver, and 5 bronze medals, underlining their strength across multiple events.

Lelean Memorial School finished runners-up with 14 gold, 12 silver, and 11 bronze medals, while Sila Central High School claimed third place with 7 gold, 6 silver, and 9 bronze medals.

Bau Central College and Saraswati College completed the top five, collecting 3 gold, 3 silver, and 1 bronze; and 3 gold, 0 silver, and 2 bronze medals, respectively.

In the girls’ division, Adi Cakobau School produced a dominant performance to secure the title, finishing with an impressive 34 gold, 18 silver, and 20 bronze medals.

Wainimala Secondary School settled for second with 5 gold, 7 silver, and 3 bronze medals, while Lelean Memorial School placed third with 2 gold, 6 silver, and 4 bronze medals.

Nakasi High School and Rewa Secondary School rounded out the top five, each with 2 gold medals, with Nakasi adding 2 silver and 4 bronze, and Rewa finishing with 2 silver and 3 bronze medals.

Both Nakasi and ACS showcased depth and consistency throughout the competition, capping off dominant campaigns to claim the Triple N Zone titles.
