Unauthorized use of logo will lead to charges, RFMF warns

The Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) is issuing a stern warning to the public: refrain from unauthorized use or display of the RFMF badge.

Violation of this directive is considered a breach of the RFMF Act 1949, the Public Order Act 1969, and the Crimes Act 2009, which may lead to both civil and criminal charges.

Chief of Staff RFMF, Brigadier General Sapenafa Motufaga, emphasizes that this advice also includes traders.
