The Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s side has lost to Ireland 19-7 in the fifth place semi-final at the Langford tournament in Canada today.

The Iliesa Tanivula coached side trailed 14-7 at the halftime mark.

Raijieli Daveua scored the only try on the side in the game.

They will play the loser out of Canada and England in the seventh-place play-off.

Meanwhile, in the cup semifinals, France plays at 8.10am and USA takes on New Zealand at 8.32am.

The final is secluded for 11.20am.
