Employment Minister Agni Deo Singh has passed away in Brisbane today, the Office of the Prime Minister has confirmed.

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka expressed his condolences to Singh’s family, loved ones, colleagues and friends.

Rabuka acknowledged Singh’s service to Fiji’s workers and his contribution to the Government and the nation.

The Government says further details on funeral arrangements will be announced in due course.
