A nine-year-old girl is the country's latest victim of cancer.

A nine-year-old girl is the country’s latest victim of cancer.

This was revealed by WOWS Kids co-founder Sina Kami during a cheque handover at the Nadi International Airport today.

Kami says the girl had succumbed to leukemia cancer a few days ago after a two-year battle.

According to Kami it now brings a total of 29 children who have lost their battle to this killer disease this year.

She adds that currently around 60 children are diagnosed with cancer.
