FBC Sports will now broadcast selected Friday night Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific matches this season, beginning tonight with the Crusaders taking on the Highlanders at 6:05pm.

The move ensures Fijian rugby fans can catch regular Friday night action involving New Zealand and Australian teams as the 2026 Super Rugby Pacific season gets underway.

Traditionally, two matches are played on Friday evenings during the competition, with FBC Sports set to air one of the featured fixtures each week as part of its coverage.

Tonight’s all-South Island clash between the Crusaders and Highlanders marks the official start of the new campaign, which also introduces a six-team playoff format, placing greater emphasis on securing early competition points.

The Friday night broadcast offering adds to FBC’s coverage of the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua, who begin their season tomorrow at Churchill Park in Lautoka against Moana Pasifika.

Super Rugby Pacific continues throughout the weekend with matches across New Zealand and Australia as teams begin their push toward the 2026 finals series.
