Businesswoman Dr. Mere Samisoni, Semisi Lasike and Apete Vereti appeared in the Suva Magistrates court today.

The three accused are charged with Urging Political Violence in 2011.

They were issued with disclosures today.

Suva lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo who represents Samisoni says he will need time to consider the voir dire grounds which have been filed.

It is alleged that the three between the months of September and December 2011 in Suva intentionally conspired to overthrow by force of violence the Government of Fiji by allegedly urging one Waisea Kaloumaira to burn the city of Suva in December, 2011.

The case has been adjourned to the 20th of next month.
