The man who is facing charges linked to an incident at a police roadblock in Laqere, Nasinu has pleaded not guilty to one count of attempted murder and one count of possession of illicit drugs.

Saimoni Rokotunidau appeared before the Suva High Court this morning before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere.

A pre-trial conference is set for October 8.
