The Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says quality facilities in school lays a good platform for quality education.

After opening various teachers’ quarters and classrooms in the western division and the province of Tailevu, Bainimarama says investing in the education sector is vital.

The Prime Minister says government will continue to ensure facilities in all schools are up to the standard that is required to be usable to students.

“I see the very large impact it has on our communities and our people, facilities like this are so important because they allow our teachers to focus wholly on teaching and our students to focus fully on learning.”

Bainimarama says it is proper to direct more resources to develop the sector as this will determine the future of our youths.
