Child dies following accident

A one-year-old child died following an accident in Kadavu yesterday.

According to Police, victim was playing with his brother in a school compound in Nabukelevu-i-Ra, when he was allegedly hit by a vehicle.

The child was rushed to the Daviqele Health Center where he was unfortunately pronounced dead on arrival.

Police investigation continues.
