England Flanker Sam Underhill says the Springboks are a pretty big side across the board.

He says in the pack they have some good ball carriers and a big threat at the break down with guys who get over the ball.

Underhill says it depends what you want out of the game.

He says for England it’s important in their attack to have speed of ball, and that’s what the opposition don’t want.

The English flanker says for any attack to function there needs to be good speed of ball.

Most of the teams now have their families over in Japan and Underhill believes it has been a good distraction.

He says its nice to get some balance after being away from their families for so long.
