Work on Motibhai Group’s multi-million dollar commercial complex has begun.

Called the ‘Motibhai Business Park’, the new complex will enable the Group to centralize all its western division operations under one roof.

Executive Director Bhupendra Patel says currently the Group’s warehouses are scattered from Ba up to Nadi and the new complex will have a centralized operation to make day-to-day operations much smoother and efficient.

Patel says the Business Park will have solar panels for energy and will also have rain water harvesting system for the re-use of water.

The project estimated to cost around $25 million will take close to a year to complete.
