Flying Fijians Coach, John McKee says the players should build up from the performance they had set at the Pacific Nations Cup.
The national side defeated Samoa 39-29 in the final.
He adds winning the tournament away from home was an achievement.

_"It’s good for us to travel and move around together and the whole routine around the match cycle and our training and recoveries… all that sort of things." _
He adds the tournament was a testing ground for the squad and they did well.
The Flying Fijians will play a warm-up match against Canada early next month, before the World Cup opener against England at Twickenham Stadium on September 18th.
