The Fiji Team contingent to the Pacific Games presented their i-Tatau to the President his Excellency Ratu Epeli Nailatikau today.

The President reminded the athletes the importance of the games.

“All the Fijians expect Gold medals. Not Silver or bronze, they expect gold medals and you all know that. It has happened before. Every time a team goes away, that’s what they expect and that is why you have been trained.”

The Pacific Games will be held in Papua New Guinea from the 4th to the 18th of July.
