Student drowns at Natadola Beach

A 15-year-old student tragically lost his life in a drowning incident at Natadola Beach yesterday.

The distressing event occurred in the early afternoon and was reported to Police after 2pm

According to police, the incident happened during a family picnic.

People have again been urged to exercise extreme caution while out swimming, especially in areas where strong currents or unpredictable conditions may be present.
