Playing with speed and tempo is something the Fiji Airways 7s side will try to improve on in London this weekend.

Coach Gareth Baber who will join the team today says this is something they have been working on.

Baber says it will come down to the players on the field.

‘We need to focus on what our game is about and that’s playing with speed and tempo putting some pace into the game we’ve had a look at that and lot of it comes down on individual behaviors on the field to make sure that you know what it looks like to make those efforts, we know what we do, why we do them in terms of the way we play the game it’s all about controlling possession but equally we are always confident in putting ourselves in our defense as well’

Fiji will meet Kenya in it’s first pool match at 9:36pm on Saturday.

They will then play France at 12:36am on Sunday.

The last pool match is against Samoa at 3:48am on Sunday as well.
