All schools in the Northern Division will be closed today.

This has been confirmed by Education Permanent Secretary Selina Kuruleca.

The Permanent Secretary says all heads of schools have been advised on the decision taken.

The measure has been taken due to heavy rain and flooding in most parts of the division.
