Flying Fijians flanker Johhny Dyer acknowledges Fiji Drua coach Senirusi Seruvakula for his consistent performance in the last two seasons.

Seruvakula coached Dyer in Vatukoula before bringing him into Fiji Warriors and the Drua side.

Dyer who was named Man of the Match in the Flying Fijians win over the Barbarians last weekend thanks Seruvakula for his guidance.

“I’m so thankful to him because he helped me a lot throughout my career and pretty much if it wasn’t for him selecting us in the Warriors and all we wouldn’t be here so owe a lot to him.”

Dyer who showed his dominance against the Barbarians with two tries is aiming for more games in the white jersey.

He says an overseas contract is what he is after at the moment and he also aims to be part of the Flying Fijians 2023 Rugby World Cup squad.
