The former Director for Criminal Investigations Luke Rawalai’s corruption related case will no longer continue as passed away last year.

The matter was called in the Suva Magistrates court today.

The defense presented the death certificate on the last occasion.

Rawalai was charged with three counts of abuse of office and two counts of receiving a bribe.
