Indonesia to refund taxpayers who overpaid, says minister

Indonesia’s new ​finance minister ‌Suahasil Nazara pledged at a ​press ​conference on Friday ⁠to refund ​taxpayers who ​have overpaid, in accordance with regulations.

Suahasil ​took ​over as finance minister ‌this ⁠week, replacing Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa, who ​had ​requested ⁠more audits ​of tax ​refunds, ⁠causing delays.
