The Wainivula Eels Rugby 7’s side wants to go one better at next year’s Uluinakau 7’s tournament.

The team lost to Nakasi Highlanders in the final of the PWD Bure 7’s last month.

Team Manager AlvinNair says they are preparing well for the tournament.

“What we are aiming for are the boys to pick on their fitness. Just because of fitness problems we could not win the last tournament. Basically we trying to work on our fitness and do a little bit of ball work.”

The Uluinakau 7s will be held on January 9-10 at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
