Local volleyball reps that aims to represent Fiji in international tournaments will need to prove themselves in the Oceania volleyball inter-club championship held at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva.

Oceania Events Commissioner James Summers says national selectors will be present during the championship eyeing for future stars.

“A lot of players that will be participating are not national reps so this will be a good opportunity for them to impress the national coaches.”

Thirteen local teams and a Tuvalu club are part of the three days championship that finishes on Wednesday.
