November 16, 2014 4:37 am

The Vodafone Fiji Under 20 football team knows what is required of them from the OFC Presidents Cup.

Team Coach, Ravinesh Kumar says the players have shown a lot of commitment and made a lot of sacrifices and all this is required if the team is to be competitive at next year’s World Cup.

“We have seen the commitment from our players; we have seen the discipline from our players. It’s of a high standard as we saw them sacrificing on our major festivals in Fiji which is Diwali when they were in camp and since then we didn’t have any problems and the boys know now that the focus is on the World Cup. They know that we are heading to the World Cup which is not a small stage but a very big stage where they will be seen at a world stage.”
