Tourism Fiji in England takes advantage of RWC

The Tourism Fiji office in London is also getting in on the Rugby World Cup hype.

The organization will be present at Twickenham promoting Fiji as a tourist destination and making the most of the 82,000 fans who will turn up.

Tourism Fiji Representative Jane West says rugby is a sport which fits in perfectly with its Sports Tourism plans.

“We cannot miss an opportunity like this. It’s a magnificent chance to promote Fiji as a destination and to bring in the Fiji community that live in the UK so we are going to be hosting a Fiji Bure within the fan zones that have been designated by the public areas where people come and watch the match on Giant screens with food drink and fun.””

Meanwhile the Vodafone Flying Fijians open its campaign against England at 7am this Saturday.
