December 14, 2015 3:06 am

Vodafone Fiji 7s skipper, Osea Kolinisau says the side has looked past the missed opportunities at the Cape Town 7s in South Africa, and hopes to only learn from the experience.

Fiji bombed out of the Cup quarter-finals after losing to France, 17-14, but bounced back by beating USA 29-19 to win the Plate title.

“We were disappointed to go out against France. We know we gave that game away but after that game, we told ourselves we need to work on our discipline. So we need to try and get maximum points so we can stay on top of the series point’s ladder.”
