The Suva netball side has successful retained the Digicel Punjas Netball Championships last night after beating Lautoka 55-36 in the final.

The star-studded side, laced with national reps such as Maria Lutua, Nina Cirikisuva, Afa Rusivakula and Jane Costello proved too strong for the Westerners.

In the semi-finals, Suva defeated the Taraima Mitchell-led Nasinu side 32-21 while Lautoka edged Nadroga 23-19.

Suva also triumphed in the Major B final, beating Lautoka 38-19 as well as the Under-19 final, 39-33.
