Fiji ready for Las Vegas 7s

The Fiji 7s team will face a mammoth task this weekend as it aims to bag a title win in Las Vegas.

Coach Gareth Baber has briefed the players on the importance of maintaining discipline.

Baber says discipline and team work in the field will play a key role in their overall performance.

Meanwhile, Isoa Tabu, Sevuloni Mocenacagi’s younger brother is set make his debut in Las Vegas.

Baber says Tabu has been in great form throughout their preparation stages.

The Fiji 7s side are in a tough pool match with Australia, Scotland and Wales.

The Fiji 7s side kicks off its campaign against Scotland at 11.22am today, and will meet Wales at 2.23pm before playing Australia at 7.52am tomorrow in its last pool match.

The Cup quarters begin at 1.46pm tomorrow, semis at 9.12am next Monday and the Cup final will be played at 12.30pm.
