Newly appointed Naitasiri rugby coach Dr. Ilaitia Tuisese says he has a lot to offer in the new season.

Tuisese took over from former coach Koli Sewabu who led the Highlanders to their Farebrother Trophy win last year.

Tuisese says this is a great challenge for him and he hopes to bring the goods to the Naitasiri Province.

“My main aim is for us to retain the Farebrother Cup this year and working towards getting the Skipper Cup back to the Union and keep pushing players into our system and breed them to be much better when they come into the Naitasiri setup”

Tuisese has worked with coaches like Joji Rinakama, Iosefo Bele, Samu Domoni and Koli Sewabu.

He represented Naitasiri from 1998 to 2005.

Meanwhile, the first local rugby competition which is the Skipper Cup kicks off in April.
