The increasing number of local rugby teams participating in an ever growing rugby industry in Fiji has increased demand for qualified coaches and officials.

Nadi Rugby Chair Sekove Tuilakeba says they have begun giving rugby coaches an opportunity to train as professional coaches to meet the increasing demand of quality coaches in Nadi.

“The good news we got last week was that three of our level two have now been selected for level three which will start next month. So that’s a great achievement for our coaches, so we now don’t have any more shortage of qualified coaches around Nadi and this will really help develop players coming through age groups.”
