Fiji Rugby Union General Manager Rugby Geoff Webster says Akita now wants to host the Fiji 7s teams next year.

‘It’s been magnificent I can’t speak more highly for what they have done for us, they are bidding to host our 7s teams for the Olympics next year, they are rolling out the red carpet for Fiji’.

Head coach John McKee also thanked Rob Penny, the Toyota Shokki club coach and his team for joining the Flying Fijians for their pre-World Cup camp.
