Fiji’s star striker Roy Krishna won the Player of the Year during the Wellington Phoenix annual awards ceremony in New Zealand last night.

Krishna also received the Goal of the Season award, in the fourth round of the A-League matches against Brisbane Roar.

The Labasa lad missed out on his Golden Boot award that was claimed by Andrijia Kaludjerovic’s who scored the most goal during the season.
