The Rewa Rugby side is planning to cause a major upset when they face Navosa in the HFC Bank Ratu Josaia Voreqe Bainimarama Shield challenge this week.

Navosa beat Rewa 33-20 in the Vodafone Vanua Cup final earlier this month.

Rewa manager Sakiusa Secake says, they have prepared very well this time around and will carry the underdogs tag in the game.

“The mission is clear and the boys have done all hard yards. We have made sure the players are 100 percent mentally, physically and spiritually fit for the game. Navosa has few of the Nadroga players and the team has played at top level for a while. We have a game plan.”

Meanwhile, the Fiji Rugby Union is yet to confirm on the venue for the Bainimarama Shield match.
