Vodafone Fiji Football Under-23 rep, Garish Prasad is still under medical supervision and is yet to be confirmed for the upcoming Brazil tour in April.

Prasad was ruled out for the recent Spain tour due to injury and was replaced by Saula Waqa.

Fiji FA Vice President, Tarunesh Reddy says the Rewa ace is still recovering and they hope he will be able to join the team in camp soon.

“We have named him in the Under-23 squad but we will examine as we have got our doctors and we will see that whether he is fit to come to the camp than only he will be invited to come down.”

The Team will depart for Brazil on the 24th of April and return on the 7th of May.

They will be using this tour for a build up for the Rio Olympic Games in Brazil in August.
