“The 30-member playing teams and about 15-20 member management team they are all checking in and all excited. I say Roly Bonevacia , Andrew Durante and Ben Sigmund were all checking in so all the big names of the Phoenix are on their way to Fiji right now. There are a few Phoenix fans who are on the flight they were excited as they had brought their tickets when we made the announcement in February. They are excited as they had their Phoenix supporters gear on.”
The first game is on Saturday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva at 5.30pm, before which the Phoenix Premier side plays the national Under-23 team at 2.30pm.
The return matches will be played on Tuesday next week at Govind Park in Ba.
