The Fiji football under 23 side is hopeful of making their country proud when they compete at the Rio Olympics next month.

Goalkeeper Simione Tamanisau says this is a life time opportunity and players should make full advantage of it.

“We have mentioned to the players that this is a life-time opportunity it might not come back and we have to savor the moment. We have been given a chance to represent the county at this stage and it is an honor for any athlete and for the boy’s to go out and play. We will give our 100% and hopefully we do our country proud.”

Fiji plays Korea in its opening pool match on the 5th of August at 11am and you can watch the match live on FBC TV.
