No local based players will feature for the Vodafone Fiji Bati against Lebanon next week in Australia.

This was confirmed by Bati coach Brandon Costin following the Fiji Residents three test win over Tonga last week.

While Costin is impressed with the potential in local players, he says there is still a bit of work to be done before he can throw them in against professional elite players.

The national coach says Lebanon is a world class team and he will use the best available players to take them on.

Costin will leave this Sunday with Assistant Coach Joe Rabele and Jone Wesele to team up with the NRL players in Sydney.

The Fiji Bati will take on Lebanon next Saturday.
