The Rooster Chicken National Football Champion playoff matches are underway.
In the Southern division matches at Nausori’s Ratu Cakobau Park, Nakasi Lions is leading Chelsea FC 1-nil in the second half.
In matches completed so far, Waidova FC of Navua went down to Suva’s Bureta FC 2-nil, Lokia FC and Raralevu played to a 1-all draw while Koromakawa FC and Tai United also played to a 1-all draw.
Lokia United defeated Friends United 2-nil.
In the western division, Ba’s Nailaga FC and Nadi’s Ghandi FC played to a 1-all draw, Namaka Fc of Nadi defeated Lautoka’s Press Club 2-nil while 4R Electric and Nailaga FC played to a nil-all draw.
Matches continue in both divisions today and tomorrow with 8 teams to qualify for next weekend’s finals at Govind Park.
