Part of the $10,000 sponsorship towards the Nasinu Netball Association will be donated towards the western teams that were badly affected by the floods.

Association president, Alini Savou says times like these was a matter of supporting their sister’s in the west.

Meanwhile, Foster’s Group Fiji Limited marketing manager, Joe Rodan says they will also be contributing towards the cause.

“Part of this sponsorship will also go towards helping the Prime Ministers Flood Relief Fund. Whether its rugby, basketball or golf, part of the fund that we raise will go towards this.”

The Nasinu, Tailevu and Suva netball associatons will begin their season today in their respective areas.
