Captain Bill Veikoso thanked his players for playing the whole 80-minutes game.

“It’s an amazing feeling and can’t really thank the boys enough for the game today and I think we had to really dig deep after down for three tries to nil and credit to the boys, the way they came back and that shows the character that’s on the team.”

Namosi will defend the trophy next week.

Meanwhile, Navosa will defend the HFC Bank Ratu Josaia Bainimarama Shield at 3pm tomorrow at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
