Nadroga without mentor for tomorrow's clash

October 2, 2015 4:14 am

The absence of mentor Esala Nauga will not affect the BLK Nadroga side as they will defend the HFC Farebrother trophy against Northland, tomorrow.

Nauga alongside his trainer Tikiko Namaua, super boot Tikilaci Vuibau, prop Ratu Penijiamini Makutu and lock forward Manoa Tamaya departed with the Army rugby team for their England rugby tour.

Assistant Coach, Jonetani Waqa says the players have been preparing to their very best ever since this year’s rugby season started.

He adds the team is focused and has done major changes in their game plan after the tough match against Malolo.

The team will not be having the services of Emosi Vucago after he sustained an injury, last week but is confident of a strong outing.

The Stallions will be hosting Northland at 3pm at Lawaqa Park tomorrow and you can catch a live commentary of the match on Bula FM.
