Nadroga rugby works on the contract of the players

The Nadroga rugby union will focus on developing its players in getting contracts that will assist them individually and support the growth of their families.

The local rugby giants have developed majority of the players that has donned the national jersey and secured overseas contracts that has enabled them to be recognized as the best in the country.

Team manager Tiko Matawalu says the secret behind their success is the welfare of the players and they will do whatever it takes to help them reach the goal.

“While we can say we are losing some of our players internally and externally, we are also happy for their achievement securing contracts in order to get a job to help their family and we are happy for them.”

Nadroga has started their preparation towards the Skipper cup that will kick-off in April.
