The final field for this Tuesday’s Melbourne Cup horse race has been released.

Last year’s winner, Almandin is the hot favorite to win again.

Other big names taking part include Bondi Beach, Who Shot The Barman and Gallante.

Grants Betting Operations Manager, Vijen Kumar says, anyone of the 24 horses could take out the honors come race day.

“When you look at the Melbourne Cup field itself, there are a lot of horses who race and qualify to compete at the Melbourne Cup, so I will say any of these 24 can win.”

The Melbourne Cup race begins at 5pm on Tuesday.
