International exposure is needed for the Vodafone Fiji under 23 football side as they prepare for the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

Fiji Football Association President Rajesh Patel says he is aware of the importance of these players playing international matches and plans are underway to take them offshore.

“Yes we already have a plan drawn up by the national team Director and the coaches. Frank Farina will now come in and have a look at it realistically of whether we can do it or not. He has had discussions with me about some matches in Spain and we will have a look at that too.”
