Fiji-born, Australia women’s 7s speed Queen Ellia Green, has become the final Rio veterans to re-commit to the side through to the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

Green has inked new two-year deal and will be aiming to be part of the Aussie side which will try to defend their Olympic gold at the next Games.

The 25-year-old says he is looking forward to the journey ahead.

“I’m super excited to be signing other two years with the Australian 7s. I have been in the squad for long time but every single year that I have played for the team is blessing and I’m always grateful.”

Green will be part of the Aussie side at the World Rugby Sevens series opening tournament in Colorado in US from 21st to the 23rd of this month.
